Buy it with a card, and a workboard worth looking at
Talon Control is now purchasable directly: checkout on this site mints your Ed25519-signed licence key the moment payment completes and emails it to you — paste it under Settings → License and you're live, offline. No sales call in the loop unless you want one.
The workboard got a visual overhaul — the board lifted off the page, and colour on a card means something again. The fleet gained versioning with an approval gate: agent definitions now carry versions, changes wait for a person, and an autonomy dial governs how much rope each agent gets. Failure patterns across runs are now counted deterministically instead of asking a model to notice them.
Also in: a daily AI cost ceiling with a steer/hold ladder on the cost ledger, replay evals that compare two agent briefs on the same frozen tasks, and a media studio for campaign assets.
The fleet gets a voice, and the Brain gets a library card
The voice-first stand-up arrived: the fleet gathers in a ring of live agent orbs, reports what shipped and what's stuck, and you steer by talking. "Hey Talon, get me Finance" reaches Finance. Saved chapters land in the Brain so the stand-up's decisions stay retrievable.
The Company Brain became one library you write in: semantic search finds what you meant, links go somewhere, agents remember across conversations, and the fleet learns from every exchange — with provenance still deciding what outranks what.
The GitHub surface grew a security-alerts panel and a commit contribution calendar per repo, and dev sessions kept maturing against real checkouts.
The operating model lands
The month Control stopped being a collection of sections and became a loop: objectives set direction, the workboard carries the week, morning-plan and evening-recap automations frame each day, campaigns publish and traffic measures the result, and the Brain remembers why.
Automations gained the triggers that make process self-starting: github_push watches a file path on a default branch and raises a card when it changes; github_release raises the release checklist the moment a release publishes; a monthly librarian pass checks the stalest notes against the code and proposes corrections.
Security-shaped operations got homes too: vulnerability reports as a first-class feedback source that raises risk on arrival, and a key-custody register seeded as a draft policy — a human accepting it is the act of taking the commitment on.
From licence console to operating system
Control began as the customer registry and licence-key issuer for Talon Studio — mint a signed key, record who holds it, revoke what shouldn't verify. That book-of-record discipline turned out to be the right spine for everything else.
Around it grew the UK double-entry ledger, the CRM, Gmail-mirrored mail with human-approved replies, the hosted-tenant registry, content publishing as commits, cookieless traffic analytics, and the agent fleet — every piece added because running Talon Labs demanded it, under the invariant that was there from the first commit: agents propose, humans approve.
