Where to tell us what worked and what did not, what happens to it, and why this site carries no testimonials yet.

The door

Talon Studio is in beta, and nothing an install sends us says how it is going: a Community key is never activated or checked in, and the release check carries no usage data. So what broke, and what worked, reaches us only if you send it. This page is where it goes.

Feedback on a product
The contact form, with Product feedback picked — the label decides who reads it first.
A bug
The same form with Bug report picked, or support@talonlabs.dev if you would rather keep the thread in your own sent items.
The install artifacts
The cloud-init, the Terraform stacks and the Helm charts are published from the public Talon Deploy repository; a problem with one of those is an issue there.
Issues and Discussions
Not yet. The product repositories are private, so there is no public tracker to send you to; a public repository for Issues and Discussions is planned, and this row becomes a link when it exists.
A security issue
Never the form — security@talonlabs.dev, as the disclosure section asks.

What helps

What you were trying to do, and where the product got in the way. That one sentence is what turns a complaint into a change.
For a bug: the steps, what you saw, what you expected, and the image tag your install pins.
What worked. Hearing that a part of it did the job is as useful as a bug report: it tells us what not to break.

What happens to it

A person reads it and replies from their own address, usually within one working day; a bug gets its reply once we have reproduced it, which can take longer. What you send is used to answer you and to fix what you report; the privacy notice covers the contact details that come with it.

Why there are no testimonials

Other products' sites carry named quotes and logo walls. This one carries none and will not invent any: Talon Studio is in beta and not launched yet, so there is nobody outside Talon Labs to quote. Testimonials will appear on this site only when they are named, consented and real. Until then the only proof on offer is the software itself, and what you tell us about it.
